How pricing works
Prices are set by the studio and shown on the booking page before you confirm. Here is what sets them.
What decides the price
Four things set the price: the length of the session, how long and thick your hair is, any add-on you choose, and who you book with. The booking page shows the price for your choices.
Express, Signature or Long
Hair length and thickness, which change the time to rinse and dry
Add-ons such as a scalp scrub or a hair mask
The practitioner you book with
The scalp check
Every session begins with a look at your scalp and a talk about your hair. It is part of your session time, not an extra visit.
Deposits
There is no deposit. A card on your booking holds the time, and it is charged only under the cancellation terms you see before you confirm.
Tell us at least 24 hours ahead and we will move or cancel your session without trouble. With shorter notice, the policies page explains what happens. If you arrive late, we shorten the session so the next guest isn't kept waiting.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Ask for an add-on when you book, or tell us on the day. We agree it with you before we start, and the time is added to your session if the schedule allows.
Tipping
Tips are never added to your bill. Leave one for whoever looked after you, at the desk or on your card.
A gift card works for any amount and any session. Buy one online or at the studio; whoever receives it books like any guest. Ask us about expiry in California.
