Your first visit
A head spa is easy to arrive at. Here is the order of the day.

Step 1: Book your visit
Choose a session online or by phone and say how you wear your hair. A card on your booking holds the time, and there is no deposit.

Step 2: What to bring
Nothing. Bring a hair tie if you want to leave with your hair up, and a top you don't mind getting damp at the collar.

Step 3: When you arrive
Come five or ten minutes early. Leave your coat and bag in a locker, and keep your phone there so the studio stays quiet.

Step 4: What to expect
Six steps, from a scalp check to a rest with tea. You leave with your hair dry and parted the way you wear it, and a few minutes before you go.

A cape, towels and a place for your things
You don't need to bring anything. Everything the session needs is at the basin.
